The more I watch of this show, the more I notice how little Joe actually knows about food. Everything that comes out of his mouth is either generic praise that doesn't have anything to do with the food he's just eaten, or details recycled from the other two judges that talked before him. He's literally just there to create drama when someone isn't perfect.
